Copper Mountain Real Estate

Copper Mountain Real Estate is located to the far west of Summit County.   Copper Mountain is a planned community resort similar to Keystone or Vail.  The Copper Mountain real estate was built around the ski mountain.  Eventually they added a golf course and recent development incluses ski in and ski out condos, fractional condos with the addition of restaurants, bars and shopping.  Copper mountain real estate is mostly condos.  There are townhouses and single family homes in the community.  Copper Mountain is a great ski area, located 10-15 minutes from Frisco on I-70 West.

Copper hosts many musical events during the summer, has great restaurants and shops and is only a half-hour ride to Vail.
